RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for [a full refund], [store credit], or [and exchange]. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@design2repeat.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address that you have received your good.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
In case you received an incorrect or faulty product, please get in touch with our team within 14 days of product delivery, and we will be happy to arrange a free reprint.
Please report the defective product by navigating to Orders page in your Printify account. Click on the affected order, then scroll down and click on Submit Issue below the affected product.
REFUNDS
Design2Repeat LLC uses print-on-demand services of third parties, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Design2Repeat LLC offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the https://design2repeat.com/contact and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
Design2Repeat LLC will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
